Day 8 of Healthy LIFE Journey

Left knee is still a little shakey! It’s kind of like it acts double-jointed. So, no elliptical or bike today! Goal is to use the Gazelle at home because there is NO IMPACT on knees. Today I started to work to build my muscles back, to get toned. Muscles are excellent at burning calories throughout the day. And it’s just nice to have a healthy, strong, toned body. That’s the goal. To be healthy and be living an active lifestyle. So, did 2 reps of 15 and one rep of 10 (can’t quite get the 3rd of 15) on both hip abduction, thigh-solater, chest press, chest fly, back machine and did 50 (in various positions) of ab crunches! It was a great muscle workout! I am feeling great!
