Day 7 of Healthy LIFE Journey

I am currently sitting with a heat pad on my left knee.  I knew it was getting sore, so I have to “baby” it a little or I will end up not being able to work out!  So, I only did 15 minutes today on the elliptical with the moving handles, then did another 15 minutes on the recumbent bike!  Then, it was time to start adding to the workout routine, so I decided to do some stomach crunches.  With stomach crunches or any other muscle exercise, it is all about the proper form, not about speed.  So, I did 30 stomach (in various positions to hit different areas of the core) and then 10 on each oblique,  it’s a start!  Well, see you all again here tomorrow!  Have a blessed day and never give up on your DREAMS!
